Demographic data tools help users visualize and analyze demographic information. These tools typically allow users to view data such as population density, age distribution, income levels and other relevant statistics. Click on the links below to access each resource.

  • U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts: QuickFacts provides statistics for all states and counties, and for cities and towns with a population of 5,000 or more.
  • Mapping L.A. (by the Los Angeles Times): This re­gion­al view is a portal to in­di­vidu­al maps and stat­ist­ics for 158 cit­ies and un­in­cor­por­ated places and 114 neigh­bor­hoods with­in the city of Los Angeles.
  • Los Angeles Almanac: This source is devoted to providing statistical and narrative information about the people, places and stories that make up Los Angeles County.
  • If you're not able to find what you are looking for, try searching a specific city's web page. These usually end with .gov in the url.
